Dr. David F. Felsburg, Ph. Dr. Felsburg earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering (New Mexico State U, 1975), a Masters of Engineering (U of Utah, 1980) and a Diploma in Pastoral Ministries (SBSE - Nashville, 1987).  After being licensed into the Gospel Ministry in 1979 and Ordained in 1983, he did post graduate Bible work with Luther Rice Seminary and completed a Doctorate in Organizational Behavior and Management at Capella University in 2008.  Dr. Felsburg has served as Lecturer, Teacher, Pastor, Advisor and Counselor for churches in twelve states over nearly forty years.  His most recent project is Wounded Eagle:  Washington's Air Defense Shield is Down.  This is the Dr's second novel.  It is a fictional account of actual events - the loss of air surveillance coverage for the mid-Atlantic states, including the Washington DC area during the US/USSR Cold War.  It is a particularly revevant novel as a new Cold War errupts with Russia.  The book was published by WestBow Press on December 20, 2016, and is available through WestBow Press, Amazon.com, www.fishersinc.net, and Barnes and Noble.
